MS Boys Basketball is open to students in 6th-8th grades.

PRACTICES:

Middle School Boys Basketball practices have begun...

 Please remember to bring a water bottle!

Participants will be required to wear their assigned jersey and dark blue shorts to all games.  Students must provide their own transportation to and from practices and games.

PAPERWORK:

Before a student athlete can fully participate, the following paperwork must be filled out: 

      1. Kingspoint Parental Permission Form

      2. Basketball Safety Guidelines- -This form is to be read and signed by both student    and parents/guardians. 

      3. Concussion Information Sheet--This form is to be read and signed by both student and parents/guardians

      4. Physical Examination Form--This form must be filled out by a physician to give your student clearance to

            participate.  Physical Examinations are valid for two years from the date of the physician’s signature. 

     5. Sports Participation Fee: $65 per student per sport played

                   This fee helps pay for the officials, equipment, and uniforms, and league fees.

 The required paperwork is to be turned into the Kingspoint school office. The student athlete cannot start practice without it.
