KINGSPOINT CHRISTIAN SCHOOL

Kingspoint Christian School has provided a solid, Christian foundation of learning for students K4 through 12^th Grade for 35 years. It has nurtured students to grow in their faith while challenging them to become life-long learners and contributing citizens in their communities. Our graduates are now responding to God’s call of service to their families, in their churches, their communities, and the world.

Our Annual Fund has a twofold goal. First is to provide this assistance to families with needs based tuition assistance, making Christian education more achievable to Tri-cities families. Second is to move forward with technology goals to better equip our students for today's education and for their future.

Our first technology goal is to acquire a class set of iPads to be shared among the Elementary classes. Several classes have already been using a few iPads on a regular basis. KCS will more strategically make use of iPads to give students access to a world of information. We plan on using professional development opportunities to work together toward best uses.

Secondly, our plan is to provide Middle School and High School students access to devices that will assist them in studies and productivity. We will be working together to provide students with basic knowledge in keyboarding, MS Word, MS Publisher, Powerpoint, Photoshop, and Excel. We will prepare students to be able to communicate well.

Annual Fund events will help us to achieve both tuition assistance and technology improvements. There are those who are already benefiting from tuition assistance who are extremely grateful. And we are looking forward to achieving our technology goals.
