We offer PE 2 times a week to all classes.
Physical education plays a vital role in the students' development and growth. Medical studies have shown that a student's physical well being is directly related to his or her performance. Physical exercise generally keeps a person in good health, is a preventive measure against disease and builds muscle strength. Physical health also allows students to function better in classrooms by promoting excellent blood and oxygen circulation, circulating more nutrients through out the body and brain. Additionally, it provides an avenue to develop teamwork and sportsmanship skills, builds self esteem, and promotes a physically active lifestyle.
