K-4 Kim Felix
Kim Felix has enjoyed teaching preschool and kindergarten age children for over 22 years, 16 of them at KCS. She loves the atmosphere and energy of the K4 classroom and sincerely delights to consistently devote her professional career to the development of young children. Kim's greatest joy in teaching is introducing the little ones to Jesus. Her incredible talent in preparing K-4 students for Kindergarten is fun to watch. The K-4 students learn to be obedient and have manners in addition to all that is needed for them to graduate on to Kindergarten in the fall. She considers it an honor and a blessing to partner with families in laying a strong Biblical foundation for life and learning. God has not only blessed Kim with a rewarding career, He has also blessed her with an awesome husband, three wonderful children, and two grandchildren.

4th/5th Grades Charlotte Grams
Charlotte Grams has been teaching 4th grade at Kingspoint Christian School since 2002. Ms. Grams is an excellent teacher who loves to connect with each student in her class. She has a great talent in finding practical ways to motivate her students in science projects and math skills. She enjoys organizing special events like STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math) nights for students and families. She earned her BA in Elementary Education at Western Baptist College (now Corban University) and her EdM in Literacy and Professional Certification at WSU Tri-Cities. She is very active in her church, teaching Sunday school and singing in the worship team. All of her students love her! |
3rd Grade - Cambrie Nechanicky
Cambrie graduated from Heritage University with her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. She loves seeing her student's "aha!" moments when the topics click for them. She adores teaching math, reading, being crafty and spending time with her husband. She loves music and has been a constant in her church's worship team as a guitar player and vocalist. Cambrie also helps out with the kid's ministry at her church for 4th thru 6th grades. We are so lucky to have her and love her passion for teaching and fun spirit.
MS/HS - Margaret Gass
Margaret Gass, who earned her M.A.T. in English in 1993, joined Kingspoint's staff in the fall of 2002 and taught English, math, journalism, and yearbook—and she's still at it, with Bible, history, and science on the list, too. Margaret has an excellent feel for knowing what each student needs and how to accomplish success in their academic world. She can get the students to laugh and at the same time maintains structure in her classes. She educates and prepares students for college. In addition, she has worked at Sylvan as a tutor and has dedicated many years to children's ministry, women's ministry and short term mission trips to Honduras. |
Home Economics - Karen Hubbell
Karen Hubbell, who has taught middle school home ec/cooking for 24 years, brings over 20 years of experience in the food service industry with her. She earned her AA degree with honors as she managed a restaurant and raised her family. She and her husband have four girls, two of whom are KCS graduates. Three of her grandchildren attend now. Karen's heart is to serve others. She has spent over 40 years working with children and teens both in church youth groups and in the community through the Girl Scouts. Karen feels that we need to lead others to the Lord by example, and that there's no better way to do this than working with students. |
